Loudest washing machine ever
By all means buy this machine if you want a lemon and to deal with shocking customer service. My machine had an issue after a couple of months, sounded like an aeroplane taking off on the spin cycle even with the laundry door closed it is extremely loud. I did after jumping many hoops get Samsung to send a repairman who fixed the issue (temporarily) and said that the machine had left the factory with the drum being loose. Now 3 months later it sounds like an aeroplane engine on spin again. Spent hours again on the phone again with Samsung basically getting an interrogation about not loading the machine properly as if it is my fault this issue keeps happening! I never overload it and always do the drum clean and drain the water filter when the machine tells me to! I have the repairman booked again for tomorrow but you can bet that Samsung won’t replace the machine. I am done with Samsung and will never buy from them again. It’s just not worth dealing with this terrible company.

This is a great purshase- great price- easy to use and works great! Nice and quite, good programs and works great
Very noisy machine
I bought this because of the low price, but I completely regret it. I'm not sure if it was installed incorrectly, but it is extremely noisy and shakes a lot.. You can feel the build quality is not greatm The little led screen doesn't help in terms of usability.
