This is my third Electrolux washing machine purchase in 20 years. My first two machines lasted at least 10 years each. In fact, my last one was still running, but it was showing classic signs of aging, so I decided it was time to upgrade. The technology has definitely evolved. This new model includes great convenience features like a Quick 15-minute wash, a full-load 10kg fast cycle (45 mins), an optical sensor wash, and a thorough pre-mixing chamber that completely dissolves laundry powder or liquid before it hits the clothes. The build quality feels just as robust as my previous Thai-built model, so I expect it to easily hit the 10-year mark as well. I do have one minor frustration, though. While it absolutely washes cleaner than my last machine, the cycle times can take much longer (sometimes over 4 hours) when I set the temperature to 60 degrees and let the machine's automatic intelligence take full control. I do miss my old machine's standard cotton program, which routinely finished a full 60-degree load in a predictable 2.5 hours without all the extra sensor adjustments. If you prefer a simpler interface with fewer automated adjustments, you might want to look at the equivalent Westinghouse model, which strips away some of this machine's complicated smart logic. Overall, it's an excellent, high-performing washer if you don't mind the longer wait times on hot cycles. This is my third Electrolux washing machine purchase in 20 years. Such an easy process, efficient, timely, installed with ease and took away the old one. The machine itself is great, lots of options and can control remotely!

I have upgraded from a top loader and got both washer and dryer ultimate care 700 Both very easy to setup, the app is perfect as we have an external laundry. Special thanks for the delivery guys who setup and powered on in less than 10 mins!
