Battery life is poor
Not even 3 yrs old and it only lasts about 10 minutes on low speed and about 2 minutes on high. Yes all filters are cleaned regularly
Best we've had
This is by far the best vac we've had! Excellent value. We raise puppies for a dog guide organisation so the animal hair really is an issue with 3 dogs in the house at any time.
We have a robot vac that we appreciate for the mop function and a hand held for getting in corners. But, this stick vac gets used twice a day and after 18mths it's still going strong. We only have a small house so we get around it twice a day on a single charge.
Would definitely buy again!
Battery died after 3 years, very disapointed
I purchased the vacuum 3 years ago and now the battery only lasts 30 sec to 1 min. There is a two year warranty which has passed and i am unable to get the vacuum serviced or battery replaced. The vacuum cost approx $300 and I had expected better quality. I would like to thank Vittoria , online support, for trying to help me.
